I guess that the "invisible hand" today decided that, yes, Garmin GPS receivers will indeed be a hot Christmas item this year. Where have they been? The stock is up more than 8% after Black Friday news that favorably mentioned Garmin items. The stock also received an upgrade this morning from Canaccord Adams, adding more fuel to the fire.Now if the subprime story could just get off the front page, then we could all breathe easier. The traders are selling the strength, making it hard to ever get a rally going. I know, don't fight the tape.
