Mr. Softy hit the cover off the ball tonight! MFST is up 11% after hours after reporting great Halo, XBox, and Vista sales. This will completely affect the market open in the morning. Expect major pin action across the Board for all PC makers and component companies.It is about damn time!

Well, I hope you have been keeping up with the pc industry news. Vista is not actually all that it sounds like and bungie studios (creators of Halo) are no longer working with Microsoft.
PC makers are complaining about how vista is not selling, and in fact are requesting Microsoft to provide downgrade cds to customers who don't wish to use Vista.
Dell even sells PCs with Windows XP.
And one more thing, Apple just released Leopard. So don't expect Microsoft's next quarter to be so great!

Hi Alonushhh. Good comments, but I am really not focused on Microsoft (I own Apple stock). I was just cheered by the Microsoft quarter for the pin action that was going to happen due to Mr. Softy's blow out earnings.
As for Vista, MFST sales beat analyst expectations. These numbers may be low and your comments may be correct, but it all relative.
